My name is Amanda Jane Founder of Rise Temple

Walking and living in alignment with my true self, has always been an important part of my life’s journey. This has been a path of deep introspection, that has required honest reflection, courage, vulnerability, and understanding my core BELIEF. Through this process I opened to my intuitive gifts deeper into inner knowing. And now recently celebrating my 50th birthday, the deep wisdom and knowledge gained to guide me along my path has allowed the ability to cultivate and recognise a persons uniqueness in their environment.

As Conscious Mindset Mentor, Certified Transformational Breathwork Coach (YogiLab/Breath Masters) and Home Energy Balancer through Holistic Interior Design, I will work with you through the guidance and principles of Rise Temple to help you unlock the parts of yourself that are currently laying dormant and unleash what lies beneath and speaks to your heart. From here the goal is for you to embody balance into your reality by working with you through the breath to eliminate everyday stresses and anxieties that are holding you back from living your true potential.

I also specialise in Breathwork for rehabilitation as resident coach at The Buttery Private rehabilitation clinic in the Tweed Hinterland as well as tailored Breathwork for peri​/menopause and teenagers.


As Rise Temple grows, you will be introduced to a number of complimentary holistic modalities, programs, and groups that will be of benefit to all, gifted to you from man to woman, woman to man, woman to woman and man to man. Designed to bring us all together and aid in the process of us rising within our communities along with like-minded individuals who are also on a continued journey of spiritual growth and personal transformation. 


Through our face to face and online classes, workshops, and events, you will have the opportunity to connect, share experiences, and learn from others who are rising alongside you. Together, we create an environment that uplifts, supports, and inspires each other.

WHAT IS TRANSFORMATIONAL BREATHWORK?

Transformational Breathwork is a powerful holistic practice that focuses on conscious connected breathing techniques to promote personal growth, emotional healing, and spiritual development.

Breath is more than just the inhale and exhale - it is a gateway to profound transformation. At Rise, we offer a variety of breathwork modalities that allow you to explore different dimensions of your being, guiding you in harnessing the power of breath to release stress, increase vitality, and awaken your innate potential.

HOW DOES TRANSFORMATIONAL BREATHWORK... WORK?

Conscious connected breathing involves deep and intentional breathing patterns. This results in oxygenation and energy release, which increases oxygen intake and circulation in the body. It influences and regulates the autonomic nervous system and our involuntary bodily functions. By consciously altering the pattern and rhythm of breathing, we can activate the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting in relaxation. This then helps to regulate our sympathetic nervous system, which governs our ‘flight or fight’ response.

Rise Temple offers 2 types of Breathwork Journey; Gentle breath regenerative and deep breath somatic release

Transformational breathwork has been reported to provide amazing benefits for stress, anxiety, depression, limiting beliefs, and trauma release.

Transformational Breathwork helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which promotes relaxation and counteracts the effects of chronic stress. By engaging in deep, conscious breathing, individuals can experience a sense of calm and inner peace.

Transformational breathwork can help uncover and release limiting beliefs that hold individuals back from their full potential. By bringing awareness to these beliefs and engaging in conscious breathing, individuals can gain insights into their thought patterns, challenge and reframe limiting beliefs, and create new empowering beliefs.

The practice of Transformational Breathwork can help individuals shift from a state of anxiety to a more relaxed and centered state. By focusing on the breath and releasing tension, breathwork can assist in calming the mind and reducing anxious thoughts and feelings.

Breathwork has been found to be effective in supporting trauma release and healing. By accessing and releasing trapped trauma energy stored in the body, individuals can experience relief from traumatic memories or emotional wounds. Transformational breathwork allows individuals to process and integrate past experiences, leading to increased resilience and a greater sense of well-being.

Transformational breathwork provides a safe and supportive space for emotional release. It can help individuals access and release deeply held emotions, such as sadness, anger, or fear, that may be contributing to stress, anxiety, or limiting beliefs. This emotional release can lead to greater emotional balance and healing.

I had read about Breathwork in many Sunday supplements, and how it could ease the feeling of being overwhelmed in menopause. Rather than blindly reacting, it was time to respond to the challenges I was facing and give this a go. 

I prepared my comfy nest and connected to the other side of the World from London where Amanda Jane lead me and other women softly into our journeys. It wasn’t long before I had found my rhythm, mesmerising music danced in an out of my conscience, whilst Amanda Jane’s guidance was beautifully paced. Wow! My body was paying attention with a sensation of calm and connection. The inner peace and wellbeing my body felt measured how wonderful this session was and a sense of personal transformation.
