To honour the preparation, time, and dedicated space held for each private session or immersion, the following policy applies to all offerings at Rise Temple.
Deposits and Payments
Full payment or a non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your session time is reserved exclusively for you.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours prior to your booking may be transferred to a new date.
Cancellations within 48 hours of your booking are non refundable. Where possible, your booking may be transferred to a new date at Amanda’s discretion.
Private immersions, retreats, and extended sessions require significant preparation and space holding. For this reason, same day cancellations are not eligible for refund.
Retreat Bookings
All retreat bookings are transferable to a future retreat date if you are unable to attend.
Retreat payments are non refundable due to the preparation, planning, and limited spaces involved.
If you are unable to attend your booked retreat, your payment may be transferred to another scheduled retreat within 12 months of the original booking date.
If a retreat is cancelled by Rise Temple for any reason, you will be offered either a full refund or transfer to a future date.
Compassionate Consideration
In circumstances involving illness, family emergency, or significant emotional distress, please reach out directly. Each situation will be considered with care and integrity.
Rise Temple is built on mutual respect, nervous system awareness, and conscious relating. This policy supports both the sustainability of the work and the safety of the space.

Rise Temple supports self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, and proudly partners with NDIS registered providers seeking nature-based, mindfulness-aligned services.
