CALM STAYS

A SOULFUL ESCAPE TO JUST BE

Cradled in nature and designed with simplicity, Calm Stays at Rise Temple offer space to gently unwind. Whether you're arriving solo or with a loved one, these stays are a chance to exhale—held by the peace of the land and the rhythm of your breath.

Each stay is unique. You may wish to simply rest, walk the property, read, or enjoy the stillness. Or you may choose to deepen your journey with an optional private breathwork and mindfulness session, tailored to your emotional, energetic, or relational needs.

Pricing
Calm Stays begin at $240 per night (minimum 2-night stay).

Optional private breathwork sessions may be added upon request.

WEEKEND RETREATS

Scheduled Immersions for Small Groups

Held on select weekends throughout the year, Rise Temple’s intimate group retreats are sacred containers for restoration and renewal.

With a maximum of 6 participants, these immersive weekends weave together slow breathwork, meditation, conscious movement, and nature-based stillness. Each element is curated to help you reset your nervous system, soften internal resistance, and reconnect with your soul’s rhythm.

You can choose your own experience with a base retreat offering, and optional add-ons including:

  • Saturday slow breathwork group session ($77 pp)

  • Sunday somatic release breathwork group session ($77 pp)

  • 1:1 private breathwork and mindfulness session ($222)

  • Relaxing massage therapy (from $100)

  • Guided nature walks on the property

  • Cycling the Northern Rivers Rail Trail (bike hire arranged, with complimentary drop-off)

  • Reiki or yoga sessions with local facilitators

  • Creative workshops (art, journaling, or sound)

  • Sacred fire circle (weather permitting)

  • Detox cleanse with locally made detox shakes (optional add-on)
