Each day, you'll have a 5-minute video lesson, a morning meditation (approximately 10 minutes), a mid-day reset (5 minutes), and an evening meditation (7 minutes). Additionally, we encourage journaling and practicing slow breathing throughout your day.

  • If you miss a day, don’t worry. Simply pick up where you left off and continue the journey. Consistency is key, but progress, not perfection, is the goal.

  • No prior experience is necessary. This course is designed for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. All techniques and concepts are explained clearly, step by step.

  • All you need is a quiet, comfortable space and a device to watch the videos and listen to the meditations. Headphones are encouraged and also perfect for listening to the videos and meditations. There is also a journal for you to download and print to record your progress
