Breath-led Couples Counselling

At Rise Temple, we offer a dedicated space for couples to pause, breathe, and reconnect through conscious relationship counselling & support.


Conscious slow breathing, when shared as a couple, becomes a powerful anchor for creating a calm, balanced, and loving relationship.

Much like couple counselling, these sessions help you find clarity, regulate the nervous system, and strengthen the foundation of trust and connection. Breath becomes the bridge between you — softening tension, enhancing communication, and creating presence with one another.

THE SESSION

Each 2.5-hour session is a gentle yet profound journey designed just for two.

We begin with journaling and intention setting — reflecting on how you wish to show up for yourself and each other in your relationship, exploring any challenges you’re facing together, and setting a shared intention for your connection moving forward.

From there, you’ll be guided through:

  • Slow, conscious breathwork to ground and soften

  • Mindfulness and meditation practices to deepen presence

  • Gentle somatic awareness to open the body and calm the nervous system

  • Guided visualisation to invite clarity, trust, and closeness

We close with integration and optional sharing, followed by a quiet walk on the land and a shared cup of tea by the pond..

After your first session, you may wish to continue deepening your connection. To support this journey, a package of 3 sessions (if booked together after your initial first session) is available at a discounted rate of $366 per session, per couple.
