Each session is a spacious 2.5-hour experience designed to guide you home to yourself — a gentle return to presence, free from the weight of the overthinking mind.
We begin slowly, allowing the body and breath to settle. Through conscious breathing and guided visualisation, you’ll soften the nervous system, release emotional tension, and reconnect to the calm, wise part of yourself that already knows the way.
1:1 sessions include a personalised intuitive reading, offering insight into where you’re at emotionally, spiritually, and energetically — a beautiful way to begin before breathwork.
