Breathwork with Amanda was calming and I felt that I needed to calm down a bit from my mental speed and pace. To release into the body and feel more meditative. It was like a meditation practice but guided... so more closely attuned to the sensations in the body, and slowing down the breath which is a huge stress release... for me anyway!
