GROUP REGENERATIVE BREATHWORK JOURNEY’S FOR TEENS

They will also be given a set of wireless headphones which will enhance their breathing journey, allowing them to achieve a deeper connection with the practice.

WHAT TO WEAR

Please make sure you wear something loose and comfortable with no belts or heavy jewelry.

BEFORE THE SESSION STARTS

We will discuss the importance of healthy breathing and each teenager will be given a BOLT (Body Oxygen Level Test) at the start which will determine their current regular breathing pattern. They will also be given a takeaway pdf with exercises that they can do in addition to the morning guided Breathwork practice they will receive after the session.

THE JOURNEY

With gentle regenerative Breathwork teens are guided with their breath and gentle rhythmic music and my voice. To achieve maximum benefit, journey’s last approximately 90 mins. Please allow 2 hours for the whole session.


BENEFITS OF REGENERATIVE BREATHWORK…


Helps to calm anxiety, release of stress and tensions, increase performance and motivation, and allows for good emotional processing and balancing of emotions.

After a gentle opening meditation, I will be guiding through 4 down-regulation breathing techniques, keeping them balanced and calm in their parasympathetic nervous system. 

I will then take you through an integration and guided meditation to close.

AFTER THE SESSION

We will have questions at the end. They will then receive a 10 minute guided Breathwork practice by email, for them to do in the morning or before they go to bed.
