Breathwork is the conscious manipulation of the breath for a desired result. It is an incredible tool to IMMEDIATELY turn off the monkey mind and access the emotions that are locked up in the subconscious. These emotions feed into the mental chatter, causing limiting beliefs, self-sabotage, anxiety, out-dated patterns and trauma.

This Breathwork journey for women going through peri/menopause holds numerous benefits when managing stress at this transitional phase. Breathwork provides women with a powerful tool to navigate the physical and emotional changes and can reduce symptons of hot flushes, night sweats and mood swings by regulating hormone levels and hormonal balance.

With gentle regenerative Breathwork you are guided with your breath and gentle rhythmic music and my voice. To achieve maximum benefit, journey’s last approximately 90 mins. Please allow 2 hours for the whole session.

Helps to calm anxiety, release of stress and tensions, increase performance and motivation, and allows for good emotional processing and balancing of emotions.

After a gentle opening meditation, I will be guiding you through 4 down-regulation breathing techniques, keeping you balanced and calm in your parasympathetic nervous system. You will also be taken through a visualisation to ground, balance and create a safe space for you.


I will then take you through an integration and guided meditation to close.

There is also a gentle release with this journey and the ability to reframe out-dated thought patterns can also be achieved.

A regenerative journey is a very gentle, yet powerful experience, and can often be the gateway to a full somatic release deep breath session.
