Private 1:1 Online Breath & Belief

A private 2.5-hour online immersion in breathwork, meditation and witness consciousness

➡︎ RESERVE YOUR SESSION

A private space to step away from the noise of everyday life and explore the thoughts, beliefs and patterns that may be keeping you feeling stressed, overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself.

Through gentle breathwork, meditation and witness consciousness, we create space to slow down, observe and reconnect with the quiet awareness beneath the activity of the mind.

Why You May Be Here

You may feel as though your mind rarely switches off.

Perhaps stress or burnout has gradually become your normal, you're caught in recurring thoughts or patterns, or you simply know that something within your life needs to shift.

This private immersion gives you the space to stop, explore what may be sitting beneath the noise, and experience a different way of relating to your thoughts and yourself.

What to Expect

Your session begins with quiet conversation and an exploration of the beliefs and thought patterns that may be influencing how you experience yourself and your life.

We then move into gentle breathwork and meditation, allowing the nervous system to settle and creating space to experience witness consciousness beyond simply understanding it intellectually.

We finish with time for reflection and integration, exploring how you can begin bringing this awareness into everyday life.

No previous breathwork or meditation experience is needed.

Continue Your Practice

Following your session, you'll receive access to the Rise Temple meditation and breathwork library, with guided witness consciousness meditations and gentle breathwork journeys to support your nervous system and continue your practice at home.

Create Your Own Rise Temple

Your space doesn't need to be elaborate. Choose somewhere private and quiet where you can be uninterrupted for the duration of your session.

For this longer immersion, you'll need a comfortable yoga mat or thicker floor mat, a cushion and soft blanket. You may also like to add a soy candle, plant or something from nature, and burn Palo Santo before or after your session.

Over-ear headphones are recommended to allow you to become more deeply immersed in the breathwork and meditation experience.

Have some water nearby and, if you wish, a journal for any reflections that arise.

Over time, this space can become somewhere your body and mind recognise as a place to pause, soften and return to stillness.

A Deeper Exploration

Your Breath & Belief session can be a powerful beginning, but this work doesn't need to end when our time together does.

If you feel called to continue exploring witness consciousness, breathwork and the beliefs and patterns that shape your experience, you can deepen the journey through ongoing meditation or a longer private immersion.

After experiencing an eye-opening couples retreat with Amanda Jane last year, I recently had a follow-up 1:1 online session with her.

Amanda is a wonderful listener. She gave me practical insights on how to express myself more clearly and how to use positivity when beginning uneasy conversations in my relationship. One point she made about meditation has stayed with me — that when we are still and simply observing the world, allowing life to unfold, that is when we are at our strongest. Not when we are rushing around and filling our time.

The second part of the session was one of Amanda’s guided visualisations. She took the time needed to help me slow my breathing right down and completely relax. As she guided me through different surroundings — crossing a bridge, walking a pathway, entering a new space — I was encouraged to listen to my subconscious and notice how I felt.
Afterwards, we debriefed on my experience and explored how it connected to my conscious thoughts and current life situations.
I would thoroughly recommend this work to anyone seeking deeper insight into themselves.
