5 Week Private Breath & Belief Transformation Container

Rise Temple | Upper Burringbar or Online

This is not a course. It is a structured, 5‑week transformational container.

Across five consecutive sessions, we uncover and gently restructure the beliefs shaping your emotional responses, relationships and decision‑making.

Each session runs for 2.5–3 hours.

This work is steady, honest and deeply personal.

Why This May Be For You

This container may be right for you if:

• You notice repeating relationship or life patterns that feel difficult to shift
• You are ready to look honestly at long‑held beliefs formed early in life
• You want structured support rather than a one‑off session
• You are committed to steady internal change over time
• You value depth, reflection and personal responsibility

This is for those willing to explore gently, consistently and with intention.

How Each Session Flows

1. Open Belief Exploration (Approx. 60 Minutes)

We begin with conversation.

You speak openly about patterns, frustrations, recurring dynamics and internal narratives. Together, we trace:

• Where beliefs first formed
• Childhood experiences that shaped them
• Stories repeated over time
• The "first thought" that became internal truth

Awareness is the first shift.

2. Slow Breath Visualisation Journey (Approx. 60 Minutes)

The breath becomes the anchor.

You are guided through a slow, regulated breathing practice that allows clarity and imagery to arise naturally within a calm nervous system state.

This is not hyperventilation. There is no somatic release. The breath supports regulation and insight.

3. Integration & Meaning (45–60 Minutes)

After the journey, we unpack together.

We explore symbolism, emotional shifts, belief changes and what is ready to soften or be released.

Over five weeks, patterns become clearer and new internal frameworks begin to stabilise.

Why Five Weeks?

Beliefs are layered.

One session brings awareness. Five sessions build momentum and integration.

Across five weeks you begin to:

• Recognise recurring thought cycles
• Interrupt long‑held narratives
• Build emotional steadiness
• Strengthen self‑trust
• Respond rather than react

This is not about becoming someone new. It is about removing what no longer fits.

“Amanda Jane does a unique combination of breathwork followed by visualisation (similar to yoga). The breathwork puts you into a relaxed, meditative state. Then the visualisation takes you through a personal journey of inner discovery that helps your subconscious mind to raise its voice. Following the session, Amanda helps you reflect on the experience and explore what it may represent for you. Personally, I find the visualisation sessions the most interesting part of my work with her. It gets in touch with the quieter parts of my personality and mind that are seldom heard. Ingrained habits and fears hold them back. Visualisation liberates them, and me.”
