How a Session Flows

• Approximately 60 minutes open conversation exploring current challenges and limiting beliefs • Tracing beliefs back to their origin, often childhood experiences and early internal narratives • 60 minute guided slow breath visualisation journey • 45–60 minutes integration and discussion

This is calm, grounded work. There is no dramatic release. The breath regulates the nervous system and allows insight to arise naturally.

Why This May Be For You

This session may be right for you if:

• You are feeling mentally overwhelmed or emotionally reactive • You want clarity around a specific situation or relationship • You notice repeating thought patterns you cannot seem to shift • You are ready to explore where certain beliefs began • You want grounded support without dramatic catharsis

This is a steady, honest space to look at what has been shaping your internal world.

After experiencing an eye-opening couples retreat with Amanda Jane last year, I recently had a follow-up 1:1 online session with her.

Amanda is a wonderful listener. She gave me practical insights on how to express myself more clearly and how to use positivity when beginning uneasy conversations in my relationship. One point she made about meditation has stayed with me — that when we are still and simply observing the world, allowing life to unfold, that is when we are at our strongest. Not when we are rushing around and filling our time.

The second part of the session was one of Amanda’s guided visualisations. She took the time needed to help me slow my breathing right down and completely relax. As she guided me through different surroundings — crossing a bridge, walking a pathway, entering a new space — I was encouraged to listen to my subconscious and notice how I felt.
Afterwards, we debriefed on my experience and explored how it connected to my conscious thoughts and current life situations.
I would thoroughly recommend this work to anyone seeking deeper insight into themselves.
