This monthly gathering inside The Calm Space is an invitation to return to that rhythm within yourself.

Join Amanda Jane, Certified Breath & Mindfulness Coach and founder of Rise Temple, for a heart-opening three-hour immersion designed to gently regulate your nervous system, quiet emotional noise and reconnect you to the steady intelligence of your breath.

Set within the peaceful land of Upper Burringbar, surrounded by trees, open sky and fresh country air, this experience offers space to slow down in a way that feels grounded, safe and deeply nourishing.

The Setting

Held inside The Calm Space at Rise Temple, with birdsong, breeze and expansive country views surrounding us, this three-hour immersion gently unwinds accumulated tension and restores inner balance.

Here, the breath becomes your anchor.

The land holds you.

Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, creatively blocked, emotionally stretched or simply craving stillness, this monthly reset offers a steady place to return.

What to Expect

· Grounded arrival and gentle settling
· Guided slow breathing techniques to soothe and regulate the nervous system
· Extended breath journey with visualisation
· Mindfulness meditation to soften mental and emotional tension
· Reflective integration time in stillness
· Supported share circle for optional reflection

This is not about pushing or performing.

What’s Included

· All equipment provided – mats, cushions, blankets, eye masks and wireless headsets
· Herbal tea
· Seasonal fruit platter
· Access to the dam, trees and open land for quiet reflection after the session

These gatherings are intentionally limited to 10 participants to preserve intimacy, safety and depth.

I have done a bit of other breath work type experiences but nothing could have prepared me for Amanda's. It was an incredible heart opening experience and so well curated, from the nurturing space surrounded by nature, to the music, her gentle beautiful voice guiding us through and how she used imagery and story to really create anchors in our minds to stick with us when back in the juggle of life and reality.
